How do I reserve the items I am interested in renting?

Once you have a final list of all the items you want for your event, someone from our team will send over an invoice to confirm. A 50% deposit and credit card on file is needed to reserve your selections and balance to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, checks (if paid minimum of 2 weeks prior to event), PayPal, Venmo, or credit card (3% fee applies).

Can I change my order?

We get it.  Sometimes you need to make changes., but once the contract is signed and deposit is made, the order cannot be reduced. Items can be added but are subject to availability.  Thanks for understanding!

Can I come to your warehouse to look around?

Most definitely! We love to show off our inventory, but we ask that you call and make an appointment in advance so we can assure someone will be there to assist you and answer any questions you might have.

How far do you deliver?

We are based out of Big Bear City and Irvine, but we service the entire Southern California area. Delivery fees are calculated based on quantity of items rented and location of delivery. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We do have a $300 minimum rental fee for delivery orders (delivery fee not included in this price). For pick up orders, there is no minimum rental fee, although not all items are available for pick up. A nominal packing fee may apply depending on order size.

What does the basic delivery cover?

Basic delivery covers the rental items being delivered to the venue but does not include set up. If set up is needed, we can give you a quote for scope of work. Stairs are an additional fee (hey, it’s hard work).

Do you offer custom orders?

If there is something you’ve dreamed of having at your event that you can’t find in our inventory, we’d love to hear about it! We’re willing to search for your unique item or even create it ourselves.

What happens if items are damaged or lost?

While we hope this doesn’t happen, it is a possibility. We charge a 10% damage waiver added to every order that covers the normal wear and tear of renting the items. Should items be lost or damaged, regardless of who is at fault (caterer, wedding planner, or Aunt Sally), a damage or replacement fee will be assessed.
